As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you'll take ownership of a diverse clinical caseload, working autonomously while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , lead and oversee complex paediatric care packages, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, clinical reviews, and risk assessments.
Provide clinical leadership through supervision, competency assessments, mentorship, and ongoing support for Registered Nurses and care teams.
Drive clinical governance by completing medication audits, spot checks, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care.
Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals while delivering specialist clinical training and providing emergency clinical support when required.
About You
Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and experience suitable for a Paediatric Clinical Lead role.
Minimum two years' experience managing complex care packages, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, or acquired brain injuries.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon .
