The Role:
As the Mechanical Supervisor you will assist with the management and coordination of MEP trades on the project under the direction of the MEP package manager. You will coordinate and collaborate with other project disciplines and sections as required, ensuring project compliance with all requirements within your area of responsibility and supporting others as needed to allow compliance across the project.
Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all subcontractors' scopes of works within your area of responsibility.
- Identify and record any changes to scope, including delays.
- Provide appropriate records to line management (MEP Package Manager) and commercial teams.
Experience/Qualifications:
- All candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years supervision experience.
- Candidates ideally will hold relevant mechanical qualifications (time served etc).
- CSCS card (Skilled worker).
- SSSTS - Preferred but not essential.
- IOSH - Desirable.
- SMSTS - Desirable.
