Salary: From £25,877 to £27,011.52 depending on skills and experience and working hours - Time Incentive Management (TIM) Bonus Scheme, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Overtime available for those who want it.

What will I be doing in this role?
- You’ll be working as part of a team undertaking the installation, maintenance and routine work for a full range of highway lighting apparatus including street lighting columns, lanterns, brackets, poles and signs across the Cotswold area.
- This is a physically demanding role which will involve you working outdoors and on public highways, where you’ll also hold responsibility for operating a HIAB.
- In a typical day, you could expect to be:
- Installing and maintaining street lighting apparatus and furniture, this could be street lights, signposts or signs.
- Ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and the general public.
- Working to strict safety guidelines and regulations.
What do I need to be successful in the role?
- It would be a benefit if you have an electrical background.
- We work in all weathers! So you need to be the type of person who is happy working outdoors all year round.
- We do need you to have a full UK Driving Licence as we cover a wide range of locations.
- An HGV Class 2 Licence.
- An ALLMI course (The association of lorry loader manufacturers and importers).
- Some of our nice to haves are:
- IPAF/PASMA working at heights training.
- Completion of a G39 Electrical Safety in the planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of public lighting and other street furniture training Course.
We can however support the right candidate to achieve any level of industry training/qualifications they may not have in the nice to have list.
