What you'll be doing Delivering end-to-end email campaigns across multiple brands, from briefing through to build, testing, scheduling and deployment Supporting the planning and execution of seasonal, promotional and brand-led email marketing activity Building and optimising automated customer journeys based on lifecycle stages and behaviour Segmenting audiences and tailoring content to drive engagement, conversion and customer retention Conducting A/B testing to continuously improve email performance and campaign effectiveness Analysing campaign performance (e. g.

CTR, revenue, deliverability) and using insights to inform future activity Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance campaign delivery and platform capability Ensuring compliance with GDPR, anti-spam regulations and email marketing best practice We're looking for someone who Has experience delivering email marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights Has a good understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing Is confident using email platforms (e. g.
