What you'll be doing Build and publish engaging onsite content across homepages, landing pages, navigation and campaign pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, promotions and key trading events.
Help create personalised customer experiences by delivering targeted content through Bloomreach.
Analyse customer behaviour and content performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through testing, optimisation and insight-led recommendations.
Take ownership of assigned A/B tests, reporting on results and helping to implement improvements.
Support the delivery of Retail Media campaigns, ensuring placements are accurate, effective and customer-focused.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
Share insights, ideas and best practices to support continuous improvement across the Ecommerce team.
Develop your expertise in ecommerce optimisation, personalisation and customer experience.
