Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team based in Swindon .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering a salary of £28,000–£31,000 per annum, performance bonus, Monday to Friday working hours, excellent company benefits, ongoing training, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression within one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses.

Day-to-Day Duties As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant , your duties will include but are not be limited to:
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and networking
- Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise account growth
- Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
- Sourcing, screening and matching suitable driving candidates to vacancies
- Writing engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates
- Interviewing, registering and shortlisting candidates
- Managing candidate compliance and completing all associated administration accurately
- Conducting client service reviews and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Reporting on performance figures and working towards agreed KPIs and targets
- Providing an exceptional recruitment service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Essential Skills The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, professional and proactive approach to work
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- The ability to work towards KPIs and performance targets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The right to work in the UK (proof required) Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within recruitment, ideally within the driving or logistics sector
- Experience in business development and account management
