Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team based in Swindon .

This is a fantastic opportunity offering a salary of £28,000–£31,000 per annum, performance bonus, Monday to Friday working hours, excellent company benefits, ongoing training, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression within one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant , Driving Recruitment Consultant , Recruitment Consultant , Driving Resourcer , Recruitment Account Manager , Driving Account Manager , Senior Recruiter , Talent Acquisition Consultant , or Recruitment Business Partner .

Day-to-Day Duties As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant , your duties will include but are not be limited to:

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and networking
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise account growth
  • Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
  • Sourcing, screening and matching suitable driving candidates to vacancies
  • Writing engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates
  • Interviewing, registering and shortlisting candidates
  • Managing candidate compliance and completing all associated administration accurately
  • Conducting client service reviews and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Reporting on performance figures and working towards agreed KPIs and targets
  • Providing an exceptional recruitment service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Essential Skills The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, professional and proactive approach to work
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • The ability to work towards KPIs and performance targets
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • The right to work in the UK (proof required) Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience within recruitment, ideally within the driving or logistics sector
  • Experience in business development and account management
