TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Wiltshire that is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support its busy Residential Property team.

The Opportunity Working alongside experienced Conveyancers, you'll play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
You'll be part of a collaborative and friendly team where your contribution is genuinely valued, allowing fee earners to focus on more complex legal work while you provide first-class support throughout the transaction.

Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day duties will include: Providing comprehensive support to Residential Conveyancers.
Opening new files and maintaining accurate client records.
Preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
Ordering searches and Land Registry documents.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to provide transaction updates.
Preparing files for completion and billing.
Managing incoming calls, emails and post.
Assisting with straightforward conveyancing matters where appropriate.
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
Providing reception support when required.
About You We're keen to hear from candidates who have: Previous experience working within a legal environment.
Experience within residential conveyancing (preferred).
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
A proactive and positive approach to work.
Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
