Are you the right person for the job?
It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience within the vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective, to include an understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles more than 3,500 kg
Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, written, and via the telephone
The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
Be computer literate; knowledge of Kerridge and 1link systems will be an advantage
Be eligible to work in the UK
What will your role look like?
Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager, working as part of a valued team
Dealing with customer maintenance enquiries, breakdowns, franchised dealerships, and independent repairers
As part of a busy maintenance team, your focus will be on delivering first-class service in an efficient, cost-effective manner
