Were looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Veeqos end-to-end product marketing engine.
From positioning and messaging, to launch strategy, to adoption, to understanding what resonates with sellers and why.
In this role, youll be the strategic bridge between Product and the market.
Youll ensure every new Veeqo release (from advanced shipping tools to Listings to inventory automation) has a clear value proposition, a defined audience, and a compelling story that drives awareness, activation, and long-term usage.
Youll set the standard for product marketing excellence at Veeqo and raise the bar on delivery, collaboration, and seller impact.
Key job responsibilities 1.
Product Marketing Operations & GTM Ownership - Own how product marketing operates at Veeqo setting the standard for how we plan, prioritise, and execute launches
- Translate product priorities into clear, actionable GTM plans across Marketing, Product, and Sales
- Ensure every launch has defined goals, target segments, messaging direction, and success metrics
- Drive clarity on what we launch, when, and why balancing business impact, product readiness, and team capacity
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Sales, Lifecycle, and Design - Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations - Ensure teams are working towards shared outcomes, not siloed deliverables
3. Launch Execution & Delivery Excellence - Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, ensuring high-quality delivery across all touchpoints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum
- Ensure launches are outcome-driven focused on adoption, usage, and revenue impact, not just output
4. Building Scalable PMM Mechanisms - Establish and continuously improve repeatable processes for:
- Launch planning and execution
- Messaging and asset development
- Sales enablement
- Post-launch measurement
- Create clear frameworks, templates, and ways of working that enable the team to scale effectively
- Raise the bar on quality, consistency, and efficiency across all product marketing outputs
5. Adoption, Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement - Partner with Product and Lifecycle to ensure launches translate into real seller adoption and usage
- Identify gaps in adoption and work cross-functionally to address them
- Establish feedback loops from Sales, Support, and sellers to inform future launches and messaging
- Continuously iterate on GTM approach based on performance and insights
Sales Enablement & Internal Readiness - Ensure Sales and Customer-facing teams are equipped with clear, actionable materials for every launch - Drive consistency in how Veeqo is positioned across internal teams - Partner with Sales leadership to ensure priority initiatives are effectively rolled out and adopted
7. Measurement & Business Impact - Define and track success metrics for launches and GTM initiatives
- Own reporting on launch performance, adoption, and impact in business reviews
- Use data to inform prioritisation, improve execution, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure product marketing efforts are clearly tied to measurable business outcomes
About the team Veeqo is Amazons free multi-channel shipping software, used by 100,000 ecommerce sellers to ship orders, sync inventory, and grow across marketplaces.
We combine Amazon-level innovation with a fast-moving startup culture.
Were building tools that help sellers ship smarter, list products faster, and scale efficiently across all their sales channels.
As part of Amazon, we benefit from deep integrations, access to Amazons sellers and carrier programs, and a rapidly expanding feature set across shipping, inventory, reporting, listings, and more.
The Integrated Marketing team uses data, seller insights, and creative experimentation to raise awareness, drive adoption, and help sellers get value quickly.
Were a collaborative group of PMMs, lifecycle marketers, designers, and content specialists who ship fast and learn quickly.
Youll partner closely with the wider Marketing team, Product, Sales, Design, and Amazon orgs to bring new features to market.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
