Your salary, benefits & hours of work £38,000-£45,000 depending on experience Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays. 5% company pension contribution.

Quarterly profit share bonus 38 hours a week: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 14:30 What you'll do as the Senior Planner (production & materials) You'll own the Master Production Schedule for a specialist manufacturing department, collaborating directly with operations and commercial teams: Create, monitor, and optimise the production plan; your skills will keep everything running smoothly and ensure customer deadlines are always met.

Lead forward order reviews each week and turn monthly Sales Demand Reviews into actionable, achievable plans.

Drive OTIF and arrears performance by spotting risks early and taking proactive steps to keep everything on track.

Schedule raw materials to keep production moving, without tying up cash in excess stock.

Your balance of efficiency and cost control will be key.

Champion new scheduling and planning practices as you help embed a cutting-edge ERP system.

Your input will shape how things are done for years to come.
