The Opportunity
- Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with appropriate supervision.
- Assist on complex and high-value claims.
- Build strong relationships with clients, medical experts and counsel.
- Draft legal documents and prepare cases through to settlement or trial where appropriate.
- Deliver clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of an expanding specialist team.
About You
- Qualified as a Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE.
- Experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or Civil Litigation, either post-qualification or gained during training.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for helping clients through difficult circumstances.
