We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join an established estate agency team based in Swanley. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with a proven background in residential estate agency who enjoys working with vendors and buyers, winning instructions and driving sales through to completion.
The role would suit someone commercially minded, target-driven and confident operating across the full residential sales process.
The Role
- Conducting property valuations and market appraisals where required
- Winning new sales instructions and converting valuation opportunities
- Managing a portfolio of properties from instruction through to completion
- Registering and qualifying prospective buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional business
- Following up leads, applicants and potential vendors
- Providing accurate advice on local market conditions and pricing
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other property professionals
- Supporting junior members of the sales team and sharing market knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records and updating property systems
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
About You
We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with genuine estate agency experience and a strong understanding of the residential property market. You should have:
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Experience handling property sales from instruction through to completion
- Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confidence conducting viewings and dealing with vendors and buyers
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- The ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
- A full UK driving licence
