No Weekend Working - 3.30am - 11.30am

As a Transport Supervisor based in Measham, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Transport Manager in leading a Safe, Legal and Compliant transport operation on-site and ensuring vehicle checks are carried out to the required standard
- Ensuring any non-compliance is reported to the Transport Manager and logged on the relevant system(s)
- Ensuring the safe delivery of products and the administration of paperwork to a high-quality standard
- Briefing and De-briefing drivers at end of shifts, communicating updates, information on performance, company news and policy/procedural updates and dealing with day-to-day driver issues, KPI's
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 3.30am - 11.30am - this is a fixed shift!
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Experience in transport compliance
- Supervisor or Team Leader experience
- To be IT literate and comfortable using different systems
- To be comfortable working in the yard in all weather conditions to check defaults on the vehicles
