Location: Swadlincote Pay: £16.15 per hour (Nights) Contract: Ongoing | Full-Time Role: Counterbalance Forklift Driver Immediate Starts Available
We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Swadlincote.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled forklift drivers looking for stable ongoing work, fixed shift patterns, and the chance to join a supportive warehouse team.
The Role
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of palletised goods throughout the warehouse, supporting the smooth running of inbound and outbound operations.
Duties include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading palletised stock
Moving goods throughout the warehouse
Supporting goods-in and dispatch operations
Working towards productivity and performance targets
Completing daily FLT equipment checks
Following all site health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday Night Shift
18:00 06:00 (Shifts starts and finish vary due to requirement)
£16.15 per hour
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
Previous Counterbalance FLT experience (essential)
Experience working within a busy warehouse environment
Ability to work towards productivity targets
Good attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking approach
