Hourly Rates:

  • £14.35 p/h - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday)
  • £15.10 p/h - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday)
  • £17.04 p/h - Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday)
  • up to £34.08 p/h for overtime

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our client's warehouse team in Ashby De La Zouch. This is a fast-paced warehouse role involving the safe and efficient operation of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, alongside general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
  • Transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas
  • Load and unload vehicles as required
  • Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets

Requirements:

  • A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
  • Previous Counterbalance FLT driving experience
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible
  • Must be able to work the assigned shift pattern
