In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering specialist plasterwork and interior projects from order through to final account across some of the UK's most prestigious developments. You'll manage both the commercial and operational elements of each project, working closely with clients, site teams and the workshop to ensure programmes are met, costs are controlled and work is delivered to the highest standard. Alongside maintaining strong client relationships, you will play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring quality, safety and profitability are consistently achieved throughout.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager seeking a varied position on prestigious projects, with the opportunity to develop their skills and take ownership of unique, high-end interior schemes.

The Role:
  • Manage high-end residential, commercial and heritage projects (£100k-£1.5m) across London and the South East
  • Oversee both commercial and operational delivery
  • Manage project finances including valuations, variations, invoicing and cost control using Excel Formulas
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure delivery on programme, budget and quality standards
  • Support ongoing training and professional development including SMSTS
The Person:
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management within construction or interiors
  • Strong background using Excel for reporting and calculations
  • Commutable to Sutton/Purley and London & South East sites
  • Full UK drivers license
