An organisation that has recently gone live with SysPro ERP is seeking an experienced SysPro specialist to take ownership of the ongoing implementation and rollout programme.

The business has successfully completed deployments across 2 sites, with 10 additional sites still to be rolled out. They require a hands-on ERP expert who can take control of the programme, provide technical leadership, and drive the remaining implementations through to completion.

Essential Experience

  • Proven hands-on SysPro ERP experience.
  • Strong background within manufacturing environments.
  • Experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate development resources.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership skills.
  • Candidates with strong ERP backgrounds such as SAP may be considered if they have the right technical capability, although SysPro expertise is highly desirable.

Current Environment

  • Migration from Sage to SysPro.
  • SysPro live across 2 sites.
  • 10 sites remaining in the rollout programme.
  • Existing team includes: 2 internal developers and an offshore development/support team based in South Africa.
  • Manufacturing team members who have stepped up to support the project but are not ERP specialists.

Contract Details

  • Contract role
  • 5 days per week onsite
  • Urgent requirement.

Key Objective

The successful contractor will be expected to take control of the SysPro environment, lead the remaining site rollouts, provide direction to the development teams, and ensure the ERP programme is delivered successfully.
