Key

Duties:
To implement the marketing plan to maximise sales of memberships, golf societies, functions, business meetings and casual golfers to both sites, implementing effective prospecting, networking and referral schemes.

To set internal targets with Centre Manager for all FOH staff including respect to sales.

Monitor the performance of the operation through the companies accounting and reporting procedures and react appropriately.

Promote an excellent standard of customer service in accordance with the Mytime Active code of conduct and service standards.

To train & develop operations staff to ensure they have extensive product knowledge, customer service skills and sales techniques, to maximise sales.

To produce financial reports on the performance of each revenue stream.

To carry out all duties relating to Health & Safety requirements and regulations according to the Health & Safety Policy
Role requirements:
Previous experience of working in a customer services environment, including sales, cashless banking and promotions.

Experience of working in the Golf/Leisure industry.

Experience in marketing.

Experience in leading a team to deliver high-quality services
Commercial awareness and business acumen;
Sound knowledge on sales strategy and planning for golf and how to implement sales and promotional campaigns
