Salary up to £45,000, Day shift, 5% pension, Private Medical Insurance, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Working on a permanent day shift, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of production machinery, while also supporting the upkeep of the site's facilities.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Install and commission production machinery Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and breakdown repairs Perform both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Develop, implement, and improve planned maintenance schedules Support general building and facilities maintenance as required To be successful the Maintenance Technician role, you will: Be a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias Have experience maintaining plastic manufacturing or processing equipment, including injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, or thermoforming machinery, or possess strong experience maintaining large industrial presses Have a proven background in machinery installation, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive fault diagnosis Be a proactive problem-solver with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing business at a pivotal stage in its development.
