Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
- Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment.
- Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
- Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Electrically or mechanically qualified to a minimum of an HND level.
- Proven track record in managing maintenance within a heavy engineering sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
Location: Easily commutable from most parts of the West Midlands.
