Workday Technology Project Consultant
We are working with a global organisation that require an experienced Workday consultant to manage a talent acquisition transformation on Workday, supporting design solutions across the platform. You will act as a bridge between Talent Acquisition stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring functional requirements translate into effective technology delivery, supporting design and delivery.
This role will focus on:
Modernising the organisations TA platforms, processes and operating models through a combination of Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI-enabled capabilities and digital automation.
Collaboration with TA leaders,HRstakeholders, IT delivery teams and externaltechnologyvendors.
Youll need experience of:
Operating in complex IT delivery environments, with a strong understanding ofTalentAcquisitionor widerTalentfunctions
Delivering IT-ledHRorTalenttechnologyprojects, such as system implementations, platform optimisation, AI-enabled solutions or automation initiatives.

This contract position will start quickly and run to at least 18 December 2026. Hybrid working is offered; you will need to work from the clients Sunbury office three days per week (free onsite parking is available).Standard working week is 36.25 hours.
You can chose to work via either our PAYE payroll or an approved Umbrella Company. Please note this position is inside IR35.Rates are either Β£815 per day via an Umbrella Company, or Β£684 (including holiday pay) for PAYE.
