We are recruiting for an experienced 2 x Operations Technicians to join our clients team based in Sunbury-on-Thames .
Our client provides specialist logistics and installation services across the UK and Europe, with expertise in white-glove delivery, installations, fine art handling, luxury furniture transportation, and bespoke interior projects. Their experienced team supports prestigious residential, hospitality, and commercial developments, working alongside renowned interior designers, luxury furniture brands, antique specialists, auction houses, and private clients.
Positions: 2 x Operations Technicians
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 16:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
Overtime:
Monday to Friday: 1.25x hourly rate
Saturday: 1.5x hourly rate
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 2.0x hourly rate
The Role
The successful candidates will work across both warehouse and road operations, regularly attending customer properties throughout the UK, with occasional overseas travel.
What Were Looking For:
Full UK clean driving licence
Previous experience driving Luton vans or similar vehicles
Experience in furniture installation, white-glove delivery, or specialist logistics
Confidence handling high-value furniture, artwork, and antiques
Strong attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work across both warehouse and road operations, supporting the day-to-day running of both functions.
