The RAU, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, is seeking a proactive and creative Student Recruitment Officer to lead our undergraduate recruitment and conversion activities across the UK and Ireland. From open days and school visits to national recruitment fairs and virtual events, youll be at the forefront of showcasing what makes the RAU a truly unique place to study. What youll do: Plan and deliver engaging recruitment events both on and off campus. Represent the RAU at UCAS fairs, school visits, and online platforms. Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and key influencers. Deliver inspiring presentations to prospective students and their families. Use CRM tools to manage communications and track engagement. Support and supervise our brilliant team of Student Ambassadors. What were looking for: A degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in events, student recruitment, or outreach including the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event debriefs. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A confident presenter with a flair for engaging diverse audiences. A team player whos also happy working independently and on the move. Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends. Why the RAU?
