Due to continued success, they're looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent to join their friendly, ambitious and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate property sales to achieve agreed targets
- Conduct property appraisals and prepare marketing information
- Manage buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and all parties involved in transactions
- Generate mortgage referrals and promote the company's additional services
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from instruction through to completion
- Previous estate agency experience within residential sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of Stroud and the surrounding areas
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
- Realistic OTE of £35,000 +
