About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join a busy recruitment team on an initial 4-month contract. This role would suit someone with in-house or internal recruitment experience who enjoys the candidate-facing and administrative side of recruitment. You'll support multiple vacancies across Professional Services and Technology, with a strong focus on CV screening, candidate calls, initial interviews and recruitment administration.

Flexible on the number of years experience, you don't need to be a senior recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident speaking with candidates and comfortable assessing experience against role requirements. This will be working in a fast-paced environment, where the team typically manage 200 live vacancies at any given time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen CVs and applications against vacancy requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
  • Ask structured and skill-based questions to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage and progress candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Support multiple vacancies in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate communication.
  • Update recruitment systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Liaise with recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate requirements and progress.
  • Provide general recruitment administration and coordination support.
