Warehouse Forklift Driver Immediate start
We are recruiting Forklift drivers for our busy client based inMendlesham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation supporting a major food distribution contract.
The successful candidate will operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations.
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: Late shift 14:30-23:00
Pay rate: £14.29p/h
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move pallets and stock safely around the warehouse
Loading and unloading vehicles
Receiving and booking in deliveries
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Moving stock to designated warehouse locations
Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily targets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following all health & safety procedures and warehouse processes
What we are looking For
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience
Experience loading and unloading vehicles
Happy carrying out manual warehouse duties alongside FLT work
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexible approach within a busy warehouse environment
