HGV Class 2 Driver – Stourbridge People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 1 Driver , CE Driver or Articulated Lorry Driver .
- Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 07:00 and 08:00 Rates of Pay : £15.00 per hour (basic) Benefits
- Weekly pay

- Completing multi-drop deliveries
- Operating and driving Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently
- Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensuring all loads are loaded and secured correctly
- Adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
- Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
- Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo when required Essential Skills
- Valid UK Category C driving licence
- Minimum of 12 month's experience driving Category C vehicles
- Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsement codes)
- Good spoken and written English
- Punctual with excellent time-keeping
- Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Effective communication skills Desirable Experience
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience Training Provided Ongoing support throughout the assignment
