We're looking for a Head of Product Procurement to lead and shape our procurement function, playing a pivotal role in the success of our product portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence our global sourcing strategy, build and develop high-performing supplier relationships, and work collaboratively across Product, Commercial, Operations and Finance to deliver products that delight our customers while driving sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities Set and execute product procurement strategy across categories to support commercial goals and new product development pipelines Source products in line with quality standards set by Product team Working collaboratively with the product team, lead supplier selection, contract negotiation and ongoing supplier performance management Identify and implement supplier relationship development plans for all suppliers Drive cost reduction, margin improvement and total cost optimisation Create and manage procurement policies, approval matrices and risk/compliance controls Work with the compliance team to ensure supplier risk assessments, continuity supply planning and sustainability/ESG initiatives Collaborate with commercial, operations, legal and finance to align sourcing with go-to-market plans and with the product team on new product requirements Liaising closely with product team, understand first costs as product team develop product to achieve required margins understanding if changes in spec are required Deliver procurement KPIs: savings, service/availability, lead times, supplier scorecards and compliance Drive digital transformation of procurement processes and supplier portals.
