The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Operations Support professional with a background in AV to join a leading organisation on a key client account. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day management of a high-volume project pipeline, working closely with internal teams and the end client to ensure seamless delivery, clear communication, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day project pipeline for a key client
- Liaise directly with the client to provide updates and ensure transparency
- Work closely with Project Managers on scheduling, programmes, and installation timelines
- Arrange site surveys and coordinate resources
- Prepare job packs including technical documentation and RAMS
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of reports
- Upload and manage project data within internal systems (e.g. Simpro)
- Support invoicing and job completion reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams as required
- Assist with procurement and ordering of equipment
- Support additional client pipelines when required
About You
- Proven experience in Project/Operations Support, ideally within the AV industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under pressure
- Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and project management tools
