Creative Support, a national organisation with charitable status and a Registered Social Landlord, is dedicated to providing person-centred care, support, and housing to individuals across England. We are strengthening our Billing Team with the appointment of a Billing Team Manager, to lead and enhance the Billing function for the organisation.

In addition to managing your own caseload of billing clients, you will manage the current team of Billing Leads and develop and implement KPIs within the team in order to drive improvements in customer service, and ensure any customer billing requirements are met, and accounts are paid promptly in line with contractual terms.

The role will involve constructive enquiry and communication with operational and senior managers, ICBs and Local Authority Commissioning teams, and will require the ability to build effective relationships as this will be key to achieving good outcomes in the role.

This is an opportunity to implement your knowledge of billing and sales ledger management and processes, together with exceptional leadership skills, to enhance the performance of the team, and to support all team members with their own skills and development.

The Billing team is part of our Finance Department based at our Head Office in Stockport, located in close proximity to transport links into Manchester City Centre, with Stockport train station a 10-minute walk away.
