The Role

As a Sample Dispatch Logistics Technician, you will support the end-to-end handling of samples within a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all activities. You will work across warehouse, laboratory, and cleanroom environments, playing a key role in maintaining sample integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document materials in line with Sample Dispatch, GMP, and site procedures
  • Collect samples from laboratories and transfer them to dispatch areas, including handling temperature-sensitive and cleanroom materials
  • Process incoming samples and store them correctly based on location and temperature requirements
  • Support returns, disposals, and maintain full product traceability
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to lean initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with EHS, GMP, and site standards at all times

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. warehouse, laboratory, cleanroom, or material handling environment)
