Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £60,000-£65,000 OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager Kitchens will involve:
Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens
Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
30-40% of your time account managing circa 30 trading accounts (with a turnover of approx. £1.2m)
60-70% of your time focused on new business development, after 6 months you will be targeted to generate £100,000 of new business per month)
On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
Typically 4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Kitchens with:
Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
Contacts within independent retail showrooms
Open to sales experience working for independent retail showrooms or field sales experience selling to independent retail showrooms
New business hunter
Resilient and relentless approach
