C9 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Coach Drivers to join a well established and respected client based at Stansted Airport supporting with airport transfer services from Stansted to central London. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for full time work on a temp to perm basis.
Job Description
This role involves operating scheduled airport transfer services, providing safe, efficient, and reliable transport between London Stansted Airport and the city. Drivers will be representing a premium service, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate coaches safely and efficiently in line with road traffic laws and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers and ensuring a positive journey experience.
Ensure timely departures and arrivals in line with scheduled routes.
Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects.
Rates:
PAYE:
Monday-Friday £16.00 per hour
Saturday & Sunday £16.50 per hour
Umbrella:
Monday-Friday £21.25 per hour
Saturday-Sunday £21.91 per hour
Requirements and Experience:
Valid UK Category D driving licence with up-to-date Driver CPC (essential).
Previous experience as a bus/coach driver (preferred).
Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
Good understanding of compliance and safety standards within passenger transport
Flexibility to work a range of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
