An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based inChesterford, Essex. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineerto be based in a commercial estate of buildings near Chesterford, Essex. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Electrical maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Monday - Friday , 8am - 5pm
£45,000
25 Days Holiday

Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ - Electrical Level 3
17th or 18th Edition
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Excellent customer skills
Electrical duties:
Emergency Lighting
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
AHUs/FCUs filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Motors PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
Water treatment dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
Water pressurization units
Chlorifiers annual inspection, descaling
Condensers, Condenser Returns
Cooling towers
Softeners
Boilers re-sets
Chillers re-sets, 1st Line faults
