Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. You’ll be working within mobile networks where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Standards and Excellence Coordinator, you’ll support the coordination and embedding of standards, assurance and continuous improvement across our Communications division, helping to drive consistent, high-quality delivery. You’ll maintain governance trackers, action logs and reporting to give clear visibility of performance, compliance and risk. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll coordinate assurance reviews and audits, track improvement actions through to completion, and help embed practical, consistent ways of working aligned to client and regulatory requirements. You’ll also prepare clear updates and insights for leadership, identifying trends and gaps to support a joined-up approach to delivery excellence.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring experience in standards, quality, assurance, compliance or operational support, ideally within telecoms or a similarly complex environment. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident maintaining accurate governance and performance reporting. We’ll value your understanding of governance and continuous improvement processes, alongside your ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively. With an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, you’ll be proactive, reliable and committed to driving consistency and continuous improvement.
