What You Will Do
- Inspire and Energise: Lead safe, high-quality, and engaging group fitness sessions.
- Own the Timetable: Commit to a permanent weekly slot and provide flexible holiday/sickness cover.
- Welcome Everyone: Adapt exercises for all fitness levels to create an inclusive environment.
- Coach with Clarity: Provide expert demonstrations, teaching techniques, and proper warm-ups/cool-downs.
- Drive Excellence: Maintain high energy, gather member feedback, and deliver exceptional customer service.
What You Need to Bring
- Qualified Expertise: Certified and qualified to teach specialised fitness classes.
- Versatile Skills: Ability to teach formats like Cycling, BoxFit, Pump, LBT, Yoga, Pilates, or Circuits.
- Proactive Growth: Committed to maintaining your CPD and staying ahead of industry trends.
