Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background looking to join a leading food manufacturer offering specialist training, unlimited overtime with the opportunity to move onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once fully trained?

In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production and packaging machinery. You will receive hands-on training in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to progress onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once fully trained.
This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while benefiting from excellent training, unlimited overtime and genuine career progression.
The Role:
Assisting with planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
Learning to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
Supporting maintenance on production and packaging machinery
Working alongside experienced engineers as part of a multiskilled team
Full training
Monday - Friday - 40 hour week
The Person:
Junior Maintenance Engineer or similar
Engineering qualification or maintenance experience
Looking to develop within food, FMCG or manufacturing
Commutable to Stafford
