Customs Administrator
Location: Stafford
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Hourly Rate: £16 PAYE per hour
Working Arrangements: Full time on site
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 08:00–16:30 | Fri: 08:00–13:00
We're seeking a Customs Administrator to support daily import and customs activities within a busy, fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a highly regulated and evolving trade environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage import processes and prepare clearance instructions
Liaise with customs brokers (e.g. DHL, SIFA)
Review import documentation for accuracy and compliance
Support timely and compliant movement of goods into the UK
Requirements
Experience in customs or international trade
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Good communication and teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office
