Eccleston Court Care Home is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our caring and professional team on a permanent day shift basis.

About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Eccleston Court, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Working alongside our experienced care team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding nursing care in line with NMC guidelines and best practice.
Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff.
Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Promote a culture of person-centred care and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
