Principal EC&I Engineer
Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our established Engineering client for a number of Principal EC&I Engineers on a contract basis to support important Nuclear projects in the UK.
They require EC&I professionals to Guide EC&I engineering teams in providing innovative solutions for complex projects and who can offer strong proficiency in EC&I project delivery with experience covering: Design
Reviews: Serve as Lead Engineer overseeing design reviews, technical discussions, and formal evaluations.
Mentoring: Mentor team members, set clear objectives, and promote a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Optimisation: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Your background Working knowledge of BS EN 60909 Fault Calculations Working knowledge of power distribution modelling software Experience with Protection and control systems (11k V & 400V) Experience of 11k V & 400V substation design Experience of unit protection calculations (differential & high-impedance schemes)
