A senior, experienced Business Development Manager is required to deliver new clients, slowly transitioning to a 50/50 account management role over time, with further potential to grow and manage a sales team once established.

Location: National role, anywhere along the M62 or South to London / M4 with good motorway access considered.
Role:
- You will look to deliver new waste and recycling business and clients.
- You will then slowly progress into a 50/50 new business and account management role, growing existing customers and winning repeat business.
- You will look to build a team underneath you long term, progressing into a billing Sales Manager role.
- You will be open to travel and be comfortable selling at both SME and corporate level.
Experience:
- You will be well-established in a senior commercial role within the waste & recycling sector focused on new business sales, delivering a minimum of £600K per year.
- You will be able to hit the ground running and deliver quick wins.
- If you have responsibility for a sales team or experience growing one, that would be a plus, provided you also have personal sales targets.
- You will have a UK driving licence.
