Fixed Term Maternity Contract (9 Months)

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a great team whilst striving to exceed your KPIs. You will drive the branch forward by increasing business levels and ensuring premier quality service to new and existing customers. The role will involve recruiting, training, and managing the staff within the branch with the assistance of the in-house HR and Recruitment teams.

About you

  • Hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to show great attention to detail
  • Ideally, you will have previous management experience in the service industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.

How will your days look?

In your role, you will oversee the smooth running of your rental branch and exceeding customer expectations. In a typical day, you will ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently whilst identifying sales opportunities and motivating your team in upselling. You will manage the damage process and ensure your team are fully trained on the process and ensure all service level agreements are met. As this is a fast paced, and sometimes a high-pressure environment, you will need to always project an upbeat and professional persona to help your team's morale.

This role is a 40 hour per week contract, working across the week as branches are open on the weekend.
