7:00 AM 5:00 PM
About the Role We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tractor Driver to join our farming team in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a business committed to sustainable agriculture and producing high-quality crops.
Key Responsibilities Operate tractors and agricultural machinery safely and efficiently
Support daily farming operations
Carry out routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
Assist with general farm duties as required
Ideal Candidate Previous tractor driving experience
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good awareness of Health & Safety practices
Flexible and willing to work in an outdoor environment
