We are currently looking to recruit Machine Operatives to join our production team.
Shift Pattern
4 on, 4 off
6:00am 6:00pm
Start time: 5:30am to complete pre-start checks on the production line before the shift begins.
Pay
£13.71 per hour during training
£14.71 per hour upon successful completion of training
The Role
As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating our bagging machines within a fast-paced production environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out pre-start safety and operational checks on your production line.
Operating and monitoring bagging machinery safely and efficiently.
Achieving production targets to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
Using computer systems to access production orders and monitor output.
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using computer screens and production systems.
Reliable, motivated, and able to work to production targets.
A strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safe working practices.
