Join our forward thinking HR and Organisational Development team where data drives decision making, and service improvement. We're looking for an analytical and detail orientated HR Data Officer to help deliver high quality workforce reporting and insights to PSPS and our client Councils.
You will play a key role in producing, analysing and presenting workforce information that supports operational and strategic decisions across the organisation. You will be responsible for extracting, validating and interpreting HR and Payroll data, producing regular and ad hoc reports, and ensuring workforce information is accurate, reliable and accessible. Working closely with HR colleagues, managers and client Councils, you will help identify workforce trends, respond to information requests and contribute to statutory reporting requirements.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience producing and analysing management information
- Strong excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with HR systems, databases or management information systems
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality customer service
