What You'll Be Doing
As our HR Advisor, you'll be at the centre of our people operations, providing expert advice, practical guidance, and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with managers at all levels, you'll help build confidence in people management, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and foster a positive and engaged workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations queries.
Coaching and developing managers to confidently handle people matters.
Preparing employment contracts, transfer documentation, and employee correspondence.
Maintaining accurate HR records and audit trails.
Supporting HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the business.
Assisting with exciting HR projects and business-wide initiatives.
Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including: Performance and capability
Investigations and disciplinary processes
Grievances
Short and long-term absence management
Probation reviews
What We're Looking For
You'll be a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and solving people challenges.
You'll bring:
At least 3 years' HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing multiple employee relations cases.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards it), or equivalent practical HR experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships.
A confident, approachable, and professional manner.
The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
