Recruitment Resourcer Logistics
Tezlom Logistics is a small recruitment agency based in Southport.
We place Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers and warehouse staff across the North West, and we're growing fast enough that we need another experienced pair of hands on the desk.
This is a full time role.
Monday to Friday Office based, however we are flexible for hours and working days.
Southport town centre, free NCP parking after 3 months.
What you'll be doing
Writing and posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, and telephone-interviewing applicants, mostly HGV drivers and warehouse staff.
Once you've found the right people, you'll take them through compliance: documents, checks, references, the lot.
It's busy and phone-heavy.
You'll be juggling multiple candidates at once and following each one through to the point they're ready to work.
What we need from you
You've worked in logistics recruitment, transport, or warehousing before, enough that you actually understand the roles you're filling.
You're confident picking up the phone (this is not a desk-only job), comfortable hopping between systems, and the kind of organised that finishes what you start.
We're part of a bigger team of ten and everyone covers each other, so we're after someone who fits that.

£27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
