The Opportunity
As a META Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising high-budget campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and emerging Meta platforms. Working closely with clients and internal creative teams, you'll drive engagement, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-led strategies and compelling campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of client META advertising accounts
- Developing and executing paid social strategies aligned to client objectives
- Creating, launching, and optimising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Building audience targeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and maximising return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conducting A/B testing to improve creative, messaging, and audience performance
- Analysing campaign data and producing insightful client reports
- Collaborating with creative, content, PPC, and SEO teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Managing advertising budgets effectively and identifying growth opportunities
- Keeping ahead of META platform updates, trends, and industry developments
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing META advertising campaigns in an agency or client-side environment
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and META Business Suite
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Commercially focused with a passion for driving measurable results
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution reporting tools is highly desirable
