Academics are looking for a hardworking and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton office which is based in Ocean Village by the marina.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take over a 'warm' desk, working with schools across Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who is great at building relationships and developing new business.
Whether you have previous recruitment experience, or are you are looking to kick-start your career, I would love to hear from you. You will be working in a supportive environment with experienced Recruitment Consultants with great sector knowledge who are able to support you. We do not believe in micro-management so you are given the autonomy to develop your own career.
The suitable Recruitment Consultant will be someone who enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to get on the phones and meet with candidates and clients face to face.
