Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a market-leading organisation in their search for a permanent, full-time Customer Success Executive offering £28k + OTE + bonus!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar client-facing role who enjoys working closely with customers to drive engagement, retention and long-term success.
You'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping them maximise the value of the company's software products while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Salary: £28k basic + £5k OTE + discretionary company bonus
Location : Southampton
Working pattern: Full-time, onsite (with flexibility)
Free parking onsite
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Support customer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
Proactively contact customers to drive retention and reduce churn.
Assist with customer renewals and account growth opportunities.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Experience using CRM systems and managing customer interactions.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
The confidence to work proactively and build relationships at all levels.
